About Wifaq ul Madaris
The Wifaq ul Madaris Al-Arabia Pakistan (WMAP) is a non-governmental Islamic educational institution in Pakistan. It is not associated with the Government of Pakistan. It was founded in 1957 in response to the demand of the Ulema and Mashaykh of Deoband and other parts of India for an independent examination system to test the academic knowledge of the Madrasa students. The Wifaq ul Madaris Al-Arabia Pakistan (WMAP) conducts various annual exams including a student admission exam, a board exam, and a supplementary exam. The top performing students receive scholarships.
The Wifaq ul Madaris Al-Arabia Pakistan (WMAP) provides an examination system for students of Deeni Madaris that are affiliated with it. The (WMAP) awards its own diplomas to successful candidates which are recognized by the Government of Pakistan as valid degrees for employment in government departments and organizations, as well as for admission to higher education.
